Congratulations and thank you for taking advantage of the Program. Now you are ready to maximize and extend your network equipment investment, and take your network to the next level with Cisco products for small and medium-sized (SMB) businesses.

To redeem your rebate:

•

Review the current “Eligible Products and Rebate Values List" to verify that both your “trade-in” and “trade-to” products are eligible for rebate.

•

Review the current “Terms & Conditions” to verify program rules and eligibility.

•

Complete the Rebate form.

•

Complete the the Certificate of Destruction form.

•

Send a copy of the invoice for your eligible Cisco Small Business solution purchase to one of the following:

Although you may only trade up one eligible “trade-in“ product to one eligible “trade-to“ product, you may use the form below to process your rebate for up to five eligible trade-in products for five eligible trade-to products.

Upon receipt and review of your paperwork, you will receive an e-mail confirmation stating your eligibility and the rebate amount to be issued. You should receive your rebate check payable to your organization within four to six weeks of the confirmation date.
