Congratulations and thank you for taking advantage of the Cisco® Small Business Investment Protection Program. Now you are ready to maximize and extend your network equipment investment, and take your network to the next level with Cisco products for small and medium-sized (SMB) businesses.

Although you may only trade-up one eligible "trade-in" product to one eligible "trade-to" product, you may use the form to process your rebate for up to five eligible trade-in products for five eligible trade-to products.

Upon receipt and review of your rebate information, you will receive an e-mail confirmation stating your eligibility and the rebate amount to be issued. You should receive your rebate check payable to your organization within four to six weeks of the confirmation date.
